Dear Undergraduate Students,

By now, you should have received notice of whether or not you need to resit an exam during the August examination period. These exams will run from 17-20 August 2015 (inclusive). You can find a link to the timetable for the week below.

http://helios.heythrop.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=838#section-6

Please note that all examinations will take place in the Walker room at the times advertised.

If you had special assessment arrangements for the May examination period, these arrangements are still recognised. Any students with special assessment arrangements must attend their examinations in the Marie Eugenie room.

If, for any reason, you are not able to attend your exam at the date and time advertised, you MUST complete a deferred assessment form and return it, along with supporting evidence, to the Student Services Centre before your exam.

Should you notice any clashes in the timetable, please let me know as soon as possible by emailing a.doolan@heythrop.ac.uk

With best wishes,
Ashley Doolan

Dear Postgraduate Students,

The Postgraduate Options Handbook containing all the Module Timetables for the next two academic years, and the Module Registration Forms for all postgraduate programmes are now available on Helios, in Student Information, in the ‘Forms’ section.

Please note that although the timetables in the Handbook are correct at this time, it may happen that a module needs to be withdrawn or a new one needs to be introduced, due to insufficient student uptake or unexpected change in staff availability.

You need to download and complete the Module Registration Form relevant to your degree programme and submit/post a SIGNED HARD COPY to Student Services by 15 AUGUST 2015, FAO: POSTGRADUATE ADMINISTRATOR.

Please note that if you fail to return your Form by the deadline, you may not be able to take your chosen option(s) as some classes have a size limit.

The new academic year (and teaching) will start on Monday 21 September 2015. The term dates are available on the website.  All details regarding online enrolment and payment of fees for next academic year will be sent towards the end of August.

Students who are continuing into third year also need to return the Module Registration Form please – and simply answer ‘yes’ to the question regarding the dissertation.
